SPRINGBORO CROSS COUNTRY has had a great tradition of success, hard work and fun. For many seasons, our athletes have come to enjoy running as a great competitive sport, social sport, and team activity. Students will be engaged in learning how to train as a team, become more physically fit, and enjoy the thrill of competition. Last season, the boys team was 1st overall and the girls team was 3rd overall in the GWOC.

Over the course of the summer, your coach will offer a baseline running guide to get you started in the summer. Any work over the summer is voluntary, but we all know summer miles make fall smiles

Over the season, starting July 29th, athletes will begin officially training for their season. Each weekend, the team will travel to compete. All races are 2 miles and athletes will be competing against other schools around the region. There are all levels of competition with some races separating by grade or by level.
